Unsatisfactory purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange not later than 30 days from the date your order was delivered. We only accept returns fulfilling the following conditions:
- Please make sure that the jewelry you return is in original condition
- Please make sure that the jewelry you return doesn’t show any sign of wear or damage
We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Orient Silver World Inc reserves the right to eliminate the ordered jewelry without money return.
Damage during delivery. If you’ve received a damaged item, please contact our manager for further assistance as soon as possible and not later than 30 days on delivery via https://orientsilverworld.com/contact-us. We disclaim responsibility for the jewelry you’ve tried to repair on your own.
Returns are inspected within 7 business days upon receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation.
